Every week, we light up the rewards with our dynamic Prize Pool—a mechanism designed to reward active liquidity providers while boosting both BUDZY and our partnered tokens.

How It Works

• Community-Driven Distribution: Each week, the community votes on which liquidity pools will receive tokens as daily rewards. This democratic approach ensures that every pool—regardless of its current status or engagement level—gets the support it needs.

• Equal Opportunity: Once a pool is selected, it becomes exempt from further selection until all other pools have received rewards. This ensures a fair distribution across all BUDZY pools and partners.

• Market Buys Fuel the Pool: We execute market buys of our partnered tokens to stimulate liquidity and drive price growth—all funded by our self-sustaining RLUSD pool.

• Win-Win for All: This system boosts liquidity across various pools and elevates the market value of our tokens, creating a healthier, more vibrant ecosystem for everyone.

Our Pool Structure

• Initial Conversion: After launching the first NFT collection, we'll convert all allocated XRP into RLUSD. At current values, this conversion is expected to yield roughly $6,000 in RLUSD.

• Ongoing Contributions: Future NFT collections will further contribute to this RLUSD holding, with 15% of the generated revenue—and an equivalent 15% of NFT royalties—deployed directly into the Prize Pool.

Reward Calculation

• Formula: Prize Pool / 52 This results in a weekly reward of ~ $115 RLUSD.

• Doubling Value: The $115 RLUSD is converted to XRP then paired with BUDZY tokens allocated for rewards, effectively doubling the weekly reward value to $230 in LP Tokens—equivalent to approximately $32 per day.

• Dynamic & Sustainable: Our formula ensures the Prize Pool grows with every new NFT collection and trade. The pool is designed to never deplete, consistently holding a year's worth of rewards.

• Flexible & Adaptive: This setup can be reviewed and adjusted over time to meet evolving needs, guaranteeing long-term project success.
